Store Policies
Customers making a purchase in the AppFan Store agree to the following Store Policy:
AppFan Store does not provide refunds. We will either replace a damaged item or issue a store credit.
If merchandise is defective upon arrival to the customer AppFan Store reserves the right to replace that item or issue a store credit. If applicable, a store credit is issued in the amount equal to that of the cost of the product (excluding any tax and/or shipping charges) at the time it was purchased.
It is the customer's responsibility to order the correct size. If an apparel item does not fit upon arrival to the customer, an exchange MAY be allowed under the following circumstances:
- We have the size in-stock for which the customer wishes to exchange. - The item has not been worn or soiled in any way. - The original tags have not been removed.
Return Authorization must be requested within 30 days of receipt of the item via email BEFORE an item can be returned. To request Return Authorization email appfanstore@gmail.com and include the following information:
- Customer Name/Shipping Address - Email Address - Invoice/order number - Product Name/Color/Size - Reason for requesting return authorization
Please allow 2-3 business days for the AppFan Store to acknowledge your email request.
The customer is always responsible for all return shipping charges.
If an item is returned without prior approval we will either refuse to accept delivery or we will hold the item for a period of 60 days at which time it will be deemed abandoned and returned to inventory - a refund will not be issued.
